The Airport is one of Manchester’s most unusual pubs, thanks to its unique position and views. Perched at the end of the main runway at Manchester Airport (And when we say the end, we literally mean that our garden is 50 feet from the end of the runway itself!) you can enjoy a meal as you watch the aircraft landing or taking off.

If the weather’s good you’ll enjoy a literally unforgettable dining experience from our garden, complete with play equipment for the younger kids. There’s an outdoor snack shack ‘The Hangar’ that’s open on sunny days, serving a selection of drinks and light bites.  However, the main attraction here is of course watching the aeroplanes come and go over your head.

If you prefer watching the ‘end of runway excitement’ from a respectable distance then we’d invite you to enjoy your meal in our conservatory, with the same runway views as the garden but a little more sheltered.  Alternatively revel in the aviation splendour of our incredible bar & restaurant, complete with Spitfire armchairs, jet engine booths and an avalanche of aeronautical décor.

If you’re heading to or from Manchester from Cheshire and the south, we’re just a few minutes from junction 6 of the M56, the Manchester Airport junction.  Stop off for Breakfast or dinner.  If you’re hitting the main family attractions around Manchester then we’re about 15 minutes from Old Trafford, The Trafford Centre and Chill Factore and about 20 minutes from the city centre and the Etihad Stadium, a short drive for an unforgettable lunch.
